Delivery and Returns

Shipping

Processing time for shipping will be between 2-5 working days for most products.

Original etchings and other made to order products can take between 5-10 working days. I will be in contact if the artwork will take longer than expected due to layering and painting.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic regular orders will be sent with:

All regular orders will incur a flat rate fee of $8.00 for domestic postage.
Orders can be upgraded to express with a fee of $12.00 for domestic postage.

Orders over $150.00 will have free express postage for domestic postage.

Kate Piekutowski Printmaker is not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. If there are delays with your parcel, I will do my best to locate your parcel.

Kate Piekutowski Printmaker is not responsible for lost or stolen goods however if this should happen, I will help in any way possible to locate the parcel.

International Shipping

All international orders will be sent with via Australian Registered Post. 
Regular International orders will be charged a flat rate fee of $25.00

International orders over $200.00 will receive free regular postage.

If you would like express postage this can be requested.

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Customers are responsible for any duties or import fees in addition to shipping pricing.

Gift Wrapping and Packaging

All artworks and products are wrapped in my personalized printed tissue paper with a sticker label and a flyer about me. Products will also be wrapped with eco-friendly packaging for protection.
